Item history

We're thrilled to introduce Item History, a powerful new feature that gives you complete visibility into the lifecycle of your inventory items. Now you can track every change, movement, and transaction for each item in your inventory with just a few clicks.

With Item History, you can:

• See when items were added, modified, or removed

• Track price changes over time

• Identify usage patterns and trends

• Make more informed inventory decisions

This feature helps you save time on manual tracking and gives you valuable insights to optimize your inventory management process.

Improvements

• Enhanced Order Filtering: We've completely revamped the order filter system to help you find exactly what you need faster. You can now filter orders by multiple criteria simultaneously and save your favorite filter combinations for quick access.

• Order Blocking (Pre-Order): You can now block problematic orders before they're processed. This preventative measure helps you avoid potential issues with troublesome orders before they enter your fulfillment workflow.

• Order Blocking (Post-Order): In addition to pre-order blocking, you can now also block orders after they've been placed. This gives you more control over your order management process and helps you handle exceptional situations with ease.

Bug fixes

• Provider/Supplier Caching Fix: We've resolved an issue where provider and supplier information wasn't properly cached, which could cause slower loading times and occasional data inconsistencies. This fix ensures you'll always see the most up-to-date information without any performance hiccups.

Backorder items page

We've just launched a dedicated Backorder Items Page that brings all your backordered items together in one convenient place! Now you can view all backordered items across your different orders at a glance, making it easier to track what's still pending.

When an item goes on backorder, you'll automatically receive a "Backorder Alert" email to keep you informed. But the best part? You can now take action to resolve those backordered items directly within the Filial platform - no more jumping between screens or waiting on customer service.

• Enhanced Screen Support: The platform experience now covers wider and longer screens, giving you a better view of your information no matter what device you're using.

• Expanded Formulary Data: MFR code is now included in the formulary download, providing you with more comprehensive information.

• Consistent Stock Status: Stock status is now synchronized across the product page, formulary, and cart to show accurate, up-to-date availability information.

• Refreshed "Add New Office" Experience: We've updated the "Add New Office" user interface and email flow to make adding locations simpler and more intuitive.

• Advanced Order Filtering: You can now filter orders by date, status, and office location, making it easier to find exactly what you're looking for.

• Improved Order Attribution: Orders now track both the user who placed the order and the approver, giving you better visibility into your ordering process.

• Enhanced Location Data: We're now storing zipcode information in our database for improved geographic features and reporting.

• Faster Price Loading: We've made significant improvements to price fetching speed, so you'll see product prices load much quicker throughout the platform.

Bug fixes

• Faster Backorder Processing: We've significantly improved backorder loading times by optimizing how we fetch order data, eliminating those frustrating timeouts when checking your backorders.

• Accurate Backorder Status: Backordered items now correctly display their status on all relevant pages, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information.

Backorder selection

You can now not only view backordered products on your product page but also take actions on those orders. You can choose to keep or cancel backorders, and your decision will be communicated to the vendor. The estimated backorder date is displayed when known, allowing for efficient decision-making.

As the leader of Dykema’s DSO industry group, Brian and the team leads the industry in dental and medical transactions.

Ellie Naderi

Ellie Naderi began her career in a dental practice, progressing from dental assistant to office manager and then dental hygienist, gaining comprehensive clinical and business experience. Ellie later held senior executive positions at DSOs like Coast Dental and Dental One Partners. In 2016, she founded Dental Solutions by Ellie Naderi, providing advisory services, and co-founded SALT Dental. Currently, she advises investors and technology partners in the dental space, chairs the board of Womzii, and supports multi-site healthcare executives and DSO advisors.

Dr. Andrew Matta

Dr. Andrew Matta is a dental industry leader with extensive experience in clinical and operational roles. As a co-founder of North American Dental Group (NADG), he has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the organization. Dr. Matta's expertise spans strategic planning, practice management, and patient care, making him a respected figure in the dental community. His leadership continues to drive innovation and excellence within NADG and the broader dental industry.
