Brian Colao

Brian has practiced as an attorney for more than 25 years, focusing on a broad range of healthcare regulatory matters, healthcare M&A matters, and business and commercial litigation. However, it is Brian’s work with the dental industry where he has made the most significant impact. As the leader of Dykema’s DSO industry group, Brian and the team leads the industry in dental and medical transactions.

Ellie Naderi

Ellie Naderi began her career in a dental practice, progressing from dental assistant to office manager and then dental hygienist, gaining comprehensive clinical and business experience. Ellie later held senior executive positions at DSOs like Coast Dental and Dental One Partners. In 2016, she founded Dental Solutions by Ellie Naderi, providing advisory services, and co-founded SALT Dental. Currently, she advises investors and technology partners in the dental space, chairs the board of Womzii, and supports multi-site healthcare executives and DSO advisors.

Dr. Andrew Matta

Dr. Andrew Matta is a dental industry leader with extensive experience in clinical and operational roles. As a co-founder of North American Dental Group (NADG), he has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the organization. Dr. Matta's expertise spans strategic planning, practice management, and patient care, making him a respected figure in the dental community. His leadership continues to drive innovation and excellence within NADG and the broader dental industry.

Dr. Glenn Vo

Dr. Glenn Vo is a practicing dentist, author, speaker, and entrepreneur. He co-founded Nifty Thrifty Dentists, a platform dedicated to helping dental professionals save money and grow their practices. Dr. Vo is also known for his work in digital marketing and practice management. His commitment to innovation and community has made him a sought-after mentor and leader in the dental industry.
